About the Job

  1. Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and other building equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and maintaining safety standards.
  2. Create and follow a maintenance schedule to prevent equipment breakdowns, address issues proactively, and ensure the longevity of building systems.
  3. Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical outlets, plumbing, and technical equipment, including audio-visual setups, ensuring minimal disruption.

  1. Prepare monthly student dashboards, forecasts, and variance analyses to support management review and budgeting.
  2. Develop presentation decks for EXCO reporting and support the Finance team with monthly closings, statutory reporting, and audits.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies, assist in the annual budget process, and monitor departmental purchase requisitions and budget utilization.

As we are putting your skills to a test, be prepared for assessments on coding, logical, divergent thinking ability and other related computer science skills based on your applied role. For instance, data structures, algorithm coding, domain knowledge, computer science fundamentals etc.

You may expect up to 3 rounds of technical interviews. Do note that actual assessment procedures will vary according to your applied role.
