Why this course
The course examines the Malaysian Constitution pertaining to Malaysian Education policies, Education Acts and school regulations; the laws and regulations that deal with the teaching profession and those related to juvenile cases and problems faced by students in schools. It also discusses the difference between civil and school cases and how to deal with these cases. Crucially, the course will introduce legal cases in relation to problems faced by schools.
